Stone Oak: cedar fence replacement
Completed July 2026 in two days, this Stone Oak project replaced 100 feet of old fencing with a 6-foot side-by-side fence. Cedar pickets and rails were paired with pressure-treated posts and a bottom kickboard. Rocky ground was the installation challenge; the site was level with no tight-access restrictions.
Project features: old-fence demolition, cedar pickets and rails, pressure-treated posts and bottom kickboard. No gates were installed.

Boerne: board-on-board fence with cap and trim
Completed April 2026 in about three weeks, this Boerne replacement included approximately 400 linear feet of 6-foot board-on-board fencing with top cap, top trim and bottom kickboard. We removed the old fence, reused existing metal posts and installed approximately one or two new posts.
Project features: stepped board-on-board fencing, two pedestrian gates, one manual double vehicle gate, and two small wrought iron enclosures around AC units and swimming pool equipment.

Leon Springs: double automatic gate with solar power
Completed in March 2025 in about two weeks, this Leon Springs project included approximately 250 feet of 6-foot fencing: 40 feet of wood privacy fence and 210 feet of wrought iron. Double vehicle gates use LiftMaster LA400 operators, with one pedestrian gate providing walking access. Heavy rock and limestone required rented equipment to dig the post holes. This was a new installation with no old fence to remove.
Project features: wrought iron and wood privacy fencing, double automatic gates, LiftMaster LA400 operators and a pedestrian gate.

San Antonio: gabion fence with iron framing
Completed in April 2025 in about one month, this San Antonio project included approximately 250 feet of 6-foot-tall gabion fencing with all-welded construction and river-rock infill. We removed the old fence and installed automatic gates with LiftMaster LA400 operators.
Project features: river-rock gabion fence, welded metal construction, old-fence removal and LiftMaster LA400 gate operators.

Timberwood Park: horizontal cedar privacy fence
For a family in Timberwood Park, we built approximately 350 linear feet of 8-foot horizontal board-on-board fencing. Cedar pickets and cedar 2-by-4 framing were paired with galvanized 3-by-3 steel posts, top cap and trim, and two pedestrian gates.
The installation stepped across limestone terrain. The family wanted privacy for their outdoor space and their dogs, so the fence layout and gate access were important parts of the project.
Project features: horizontal board-on-board cedar, steel posts, cap and trim, two pedestrian gates and elevation transitions.

Fredericksburg: Airbnb privacy fence and sliding gate
At a Fredericksburg Airbnb property, the project combined an 8-foot board-on-board pre-stained cedar fence with a LiftMaster CSL24UL sliding-gate operator. Entry options included a keypad, remote and app access. A 6-foot return fence was also part of the installation.
The owner’s goals included guest privacy and an entrance with codes that could be changed between stays. This project brought the fence, gate and access equipment together around how the rental property is used.
Project features: pre-stained cedar privacy fence, sliding-gate automation and multiple entry options.

Fence staining: Shavano Park
In July 2026, Duncan’s Services pressure-washed and stained approximately 200 linear feet of existing 6-foot-tall wood fence in Shavano Park. The project took two days and used Ready Seal oil-based stain in Pecan.
Only the existing fence was pressure-washed. No fence repairs or replacement work were included in this project.
