8-Foot Horizontal Cedar Fence in Timberwood Park
Duncan’s Services built approximately 350 linear feet of 8-foot horizontal board-on-board cedar fencing in Timberwood Park, Texas. Completed in July 2025, this new installation took about three weeks and included galvanized steel posts, cap and trim, and two pedestrian gates. Rocky limestone ground and a sloping property were the main site challenges.

Building on limestone and sloping ground
This property started without an existing fence. Our crew built the new fence around the site’s rocky ground and changes in elevation. The limestone and slope were important parts of the installation, and this particular project took about three weeks to complete.
The finished fence combines horizontal cedar boards with galvanized steel posts. Cap and trim give the fence a defined finish, while the two matching pedestrian gates provide access through the enclosure. The photos below show the back of the fence, gate hardware and changes in ground level.
