Stone Oak Cedar Fence Replacement
Duncan’s Services replaced 100 feet of 6-foot-tall wood fencing in Stone Oak, San Antonio, in July 2026. The new fence uses side-by-side cedar pickets, cedar rails, pressure-treated posts and a bottom kickboard. Our crew demolished the old fence and completed the replacement in two days.
Rocky ground was the installation challenge. The site was level, with no tight-access restrictions. This project covered the fence replacement only; no gates were installed.

Which materials were used?
The Stone Oak fence pairs cedar pickets and cedar rails with pressure-treated wood posts. Vertical pickets sit side by side, and a kickboard runs along the bottom. The project photographs show both the finished picket face and the rails and posts on the backyard side.
Was the old fence removed?
Yes. Duncan’s Services demolished the existing fence and replaced it with 100 feet of new six-foot fencing. Demolition and replacement were completed in two days in July 2026. No gate work was included in this project.
What was the main installation challenge?
Rocky ground was the main challenge on this Stone Oak job. The property had level terrain and no tight-access restrictions. Those conditions are specific to this project; photos and a site assessment help establish the scope for another fence replacement.
